I didn't sleep well last night which made getting up for work tough.
This morning breakfast:
1/8 pita bread -30
1 teaspoon chocolate pb -33
2 slices of Rudy's organic WW bread- 200
1 tablespoon almond butter- 100
14 oz coffee -10
2 tablespoons Soy creamer- 60
Total:433 cal
